We provide meditation and mindfulness sessions and training locally in community centers and schools. We also offer live and recorded, healing meditation sessions online, via social media which can be accessed by anyone in the world. These sessions are designed to calm the mind, heal emotional issues and empower people with techniques to help them find peace of mind amidst the daily stresses of life.
We offer natural healing sessions for free at events and some sessions. Our Wednesday sessions usually include yoga or chi gung, followed by deeply healing guided meditation.
Outdoor/environmental projects are offered to all, which can reduce isolation whilst providing much needed enhancements to the local area.
These projects help people to get out and mix others, whilst learning new skills. Uncomfortable emotions can be greatly soothed by the grounding effects of being in nature. Mindfulness is encouraged during the sessions to enhance the benefits of this health-affirming activity.
