The criteria to receive assistance from the centre of yes being one or more of the following:

1. a need for help with recovery from life-circumstance created - mental/emotional/spiritual unrest which is not being met by other services or may be unaffordable to the individual in question

2. holders of qualifications and or experience in assisting others in recovery from the above and the ambition to help on a larger scale

3. be a school, nursing home or other establishment where mental/emotional/spiritual unrest is proving to be a problem and needs professional intervention for one or more of its members, pupils, patients, service users or staff.
